Daniel Delgadillo, a Los Angeles native with deep roots in the community, continues to enjoy a robust career in public service, working on public policy matters in California. Daniel had the pleasure of joining the Sheriff Civilian Oversight Commission in 2017 during its first year of establishment and has had firsthand experience with the challenges and success of developing and implementing crucial reform for Los Angeles County residents. In 2007, Daniel joined the California Judicial Council of California, where he was integral in implementing key criminal justice reforms affecting the courts and the public.

Daniel served as a legislative aide for former California State Assemblywoman Cindy Montanez. He was the assemblywoman's liaison for civil rights, public safety, public health, and higher education, in which he cultivated meaningful relationships with key audiences, including other branches of government, business owners, and community stakeholders.

Daniel was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and Mexican American Studies and a master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
